The Vine has a range of rooms and spaces available to hire, suitable for meetings, training, community activities, social gatherings and events. Our spaces can be used individually or, in some cases, combined to increase capacity.
The Hall
Capacity: 100 seated
The Hall is a large, flexible space with high ceilings, making it ideal for sporting activities, large meetings, community events and gatherings. Full-height curtains can be drawn to make the room feel more comfortable and welcoming.
Includes: Tables and chairs are available, along with a mounted projector screen.
The Hub
Capacity: Please ask when booking.
The Hub is a welcoming and flexible space suitable for meetings, small group sessions, training, community activities and informal gatherings.
Barley Loaf
The Lounge
Capacity: 10 people
The Lounge offers comfortable seating in a calm and relaxed area. It is ideal as a crèche space, quiet workspace or small informal meeting area. It can also be hired in conjunction with the Barley Loaf to increase capacity.
Meeting Room
Capacity: 2 people
The Meeting Room features comfortable seating and a foldable table. It is ideal for one-to-one work, therapy sessions, supervision meetings, lone working or admin time.
Courtyard
Capacity: 50 people
Our outdoor space provides an oasis of calm. It is ideal for informal meetings, breakout space, gatherings or outdoor activities.

We believe that our prices are very competitive. We will do our best to cater for your needs.

We have a range of equipment available for hire. Please ask us what is available when making your booking.
Social Networking Plug
We can advertise your event through our network and social media. If you have a social media or website link, we can include this too.
Posters advertising your event should be sent in JPEG format.
Car Park
Our car park is available to support your event. We have 24 spaces, available on a first come basis.
Important notes
- When making your booking, please include any setup and clearing time within your booking time.
- There is no access to a kitchen.
- We are no longer able to accept bookings for private family parties.
